




1\) Arrive before schedule at the work area to manage permits, coordinate with supervisors, and others. 2\) Supervise maintenance and tasks performed by staff, increasing technical solutions that can be implemented per project, ensuring good project progress. 3\) Supervise, direct, plan, and control the daily project plan, from planning to project execution. 4\) Prepare daily reports of each project advancement and daily staffing schedule for the following workday. 5\) Implement quality control systems to ensure that mechanical products and systems meet required standards and specifications. 6\) Evaluate and improve safety in work environments where mechanical systems and heavy equipment are used. 7\) 80% fieldwork and 20% office work 8\) Provide technical support during project-based maintenance. 9\) Control and manage purchase requirements for spare parts and services (spare parts, fabrications, tools, specialized services) through logistics, necessary to fulfill maintenance activities. 10\) Other duties related to the position. 11\) Willingness to support any operation. 12\) Monitor schedules and timing (become faster and more efficient every day). 13\) Prepare quotations and reports.
