Dedication to excellence in cleaning and customer care **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Strong communication skills * Responsible, punctual, organized, and proactive * Ability to work effectively in a team * Ability to adapt to new work environments * Commitment to customer service * Eagerness for self-improvement * Availability to commute between Barranco, Miraflores, and San Isidro **Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning of houses, apartments, and offices. * Deliver exceptional service to our customers so they can focus on becoming better. * Follow routines, protocols, and checklists defined by the company. * Ensure our customers experience cleaning service that exceeds their expectations. * Complete all tasks on time with maximum efficiency. * Collaborate with all team members to continuously improve our service experience. * Work with the Quality Control team to deliver an outstanding cleaning experience. * Daily tasks include leaving floors spotless, taking out the trash, organizing furniture, cleaning bathrooms, and washing dishes, among others. * Report any damage, anomalies, or maintenance needs. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (30-minute break); Saturday: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM Compensation: Base salary of 1500 soles + 50 soles bonus + 100 soles transportation allowance Legal benefits for a MYPE + Career development path Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site
