(MARINCORP), a leading company in the sector, we are seeking top talent to fill the position of **Flour Mill Maintenance Planner** at our **Callao** headquarters. Your primary mission will be to manage, plan, and control preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring equipment availability and reliability in our production plants through timely resource management. Specific Responsibilities: * Plan and manage preventive and corrective maintenance of production plant machinery (e.g., twin-screw mixers, dryers, tailwater treatment plants, twin-screw presses, boilers, etc.). * Manage inventory of critical and essential spare parts required for shutdowns or maintenance activities. * Coordinate the execution of Work Orders (WO) with mechanical, electrical, and civil supervisors, performing appropriate follow-up. * Generate Work Orders (WO) for each maintenance activity to be performed. * Plan procurement of required spare parts and consumables. * Prepare technical specifications for manufactured equipment and their associated mechanical drawings. * Identify and differentiate maintenance-related tasks from those belonging to Projects. * Prepare comprehensive budgets for Investment Projects (mechanical and electrical line items) approved by Management, perform follow-up, and issue progress reports. * Propose maintenance performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain updated databases, cost histories, and equipment records. * Notify the Fixed Assets Department upon completion of manufacturing, construction, or reconditioning projects. Profile Requirements: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or university graduate in *Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering*. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of cumulative and verifiable experience as a Maintenance Planner or Maintenance Analyst (preferably in the **fishing industry**). * **Specific Experience:** At least 1 year in maintenance planning and control, valuation of contractor progress/compliance reports, tracking of Purchase Orders/Service Orders, and control of mechanical and metalworking projects. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in maintenance management software (CMMS / ERP). * Project management, planning, and monitoring. * Intermediate-level AutoCAD, Inventor and/or SolidWorks. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel. Working Conditions and Benefits: * **Salary:** PEN 2,500 to PEN 3,000 (subject to evaluation). * **Employment Regime:** General Regime from the first day of employment. * **Meals:** 100% covered at the plant’s cafeteria. * **Location:** Callao Plant (Prolongación Centenario 570, Callao). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Salary: PEN 2,500.00 \- PEN 3,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
