Training on process management tools and methodologies **Job Description** ---------------------- Design, mapping, and improvement of commercial processes to drive organizational efficiency and standardization. 1\. Map and document assigned business processes. 2\. Design and model business processes using Bizagi. 3\. Develop procedures, manuals, process maps, or other documents that contribute to the standardization of improved processes. 4\. Support the development and implementation of innovative solutions, aligning with departmental objectives. 5\. Support staff training on process management tools and/or methodologies. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Systems Engineering. * Experience in Retail, Mass Consumption, Banking, and/or Insurance (preferred). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Intermediate-level Bizagi proficiency and experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker). * Knowledge of process management, project management, and/or design thinking. * Intermediate-level English proficiency.
