As part of our team, your primary responsibilities will include: * **Programming using CAD/CAM software**, such as **MASTERCAM, CAM WORK, and SOLIDWORKS**, directly on the CNC machining center. * **Verifying CNC parameters and programs**, performing simulations, and communicating with the operator to initiate work. * **Machining parts with high precision**, following engineering drawings and strictly meeting customer requirements. * **Fabricating fixtures** when necessary to optimize work processes. * **Reporting any machine malfunctions or failures** to ensure timely maintenance. * Properly using assigned **measuring instruments and tools**. * **Requesting necessary resources** from your Plant Manager or Supervisor to execute tasks, preparing and conditioning materials to required quality standards and scheduled timelines. * **Operating the assigned machine or equipment** appropriately, requesting required tools from the warehouse. * **Inspecting surface finish and dimensional accuracy** of machined parts during and at the end of each process. * Maintaining **effective communication** with your immediate supervisor. * **Generating daily production reports** and **reporting non-conforming products**. What Do You Need to Apply? * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in the **metal-mechanical sector** (mandatory!). * Advanced proficiency in CAM programming software.
