Project Architect

Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect to prepare proposals, drawings, and technical solutions, perform quantity surveying, and provide consultancy for projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of proposals, drawings, and technical specifications 2. Quantity surveying and architectural solutions 3. Technical site visits for support and specialized consultancy **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or licensed Architect * Essential technical expertise in advanced AutoCAD (for drawings and technical details) * Knowledge of rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion, or similar) * Ability to read drawings, perform quantity surveying, and prepare technical proposals **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare and present proposals, drawings, and technical specifications tailored to each project * Perform quantity surveying and propose technical and architectural solutions * Conduct technical site visits to construction sites and projects to provide support and specialized consultancy. **Send CV to: reclutamiento@vmconstruction.com.pe** Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
