Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of maintenance and general services projects. * Conduct technical site visits and monitor fieldwork progress. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and operational staff to ensure project compliance. * Prepare quotations, budgets, and material requirements. * Supervise adherence to quality, safety, and schedule standards. * Monitor the use of materials, equipment, and resources assigned to each project. * Provide technical support during service execution and propose process improvements. Requirements * **Graduate** in Civil Engineering. * Prior experience in supervising maintenance, infrastructure, or general services projects is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project is desirable. * Availability for on-site work. * Immediate availability.
