Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Project Manager & Marketer to lead digital marketing campaigns and optimize client revenue in the healthcare sector across LATAM. We help clinics and doctors across LATAM increase their revenue and patient volume. We operate from Lima, serving clients in 10 countries, with an **AI\-First** culture. We seek a Project Manager \& Marketer who combines strategy and execution: someone who designs campaigns, leads production areas, and ensures every client earns more with us than without us. **What You’ll Do:** * End-to-end management of a healthcare-sector client portfolio. * Design and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies. * Lead production areas (content, design, editing, traffic, conversion). * Build and optimize campaigns in collaboration with the Traffic team on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. * Diagnose why a client isn’t converting and make adjustments. * Implement CRM and workflow automation strategies powered by AI. * Design commercial and sales strategies (appointment scheduling, patient support, procedure closing) in collaboration with the Conversion team. * Report results using clear KPIs. **What We’re Looking For:** * 3\+ years in digital marketing with a performance focus. * Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously \+ sales experience. * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. * Proficiency in CRM (GoHighLevel or similar). * Ability to build automations (n8n, Make, Zapier) and apply AI (ChatGPT, Claude) to real-world operations. * Clear communication with demanding clients, ownership mindset, and results orientation. * Preferred: prior experience in the healthcare sector. **What We Offer:** * Fixed base salary \+ productivity bonuses \+ commission based on your portfolio’s results \+ bonus per renewal. * A real career path. * Access to professional tools (ChatGPT Plus, Claude, automation platforms). * Paid training \+ AI-First culture. * Flexible hybrid work model.
