Position Summary:
Licensed and registered Electrical Engineer with experience in construction monitoring and control, team coordination, negotiation, and problem resolution.

Responsibilities:
* Monitor and control construction work according to the project schedule and deliverables.
* Report construction progress in accordance with the project’s progress schedule.
* Direct and control construction activities.
* Coordinate meetings with the client and personnel from various departments involved in the project.
* Develop and verify the project execution schedule jointly with the site supervisor and foreman.
* Coordinate missing materials and request materials from Operations Management to forward orders to the Procurement Department.
* Verify that progress complies with construction drawings.
* Prepare REDLINEs, reviewed and coordinated with the Engineering Department, site supervisor, and foreman.
* Submit weekly and daily reports to Operations Management, including progress percentages aligned with the schedule and dated photographic evidence.
* Prepare advance payment reports and monthly valuations (to be submitted before the 20th of each month). The Site Engineer must submit reports and documentation as required by the client.
* Identify additional work opportunities in coordination with the client on-site and ICG Operations Management.
* Prepare handover, quality, and performance acceptance documents, ensuring client signature and formal acceptance.
* Prepare additional proposals and budgets upon client request.
* Perform other duties related to this position.

Requirements:
* Electrical Engineer, licensed and registered.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions.

Full statutory payroll with all legally mandated benefits.
Salary: S/.8,000\.00 \- S/.9,000\.00 per month
