Continuous development and career path in financial products. **Sales Supervisor – Personal Loans \| Enazul** **O\&M Servicios Comerciales S.A.C.**, a strategic partner of major financial institutions such as BBVA, Enazul, and Santander, is currently seeking commercial talent to join our sales team. We are actively recruiting top commercial talent — proactive individuals with a passion for negotiation and sales. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare monthly sales forecasts, monitor weekly sales, and manage daily progress with each assigned executive. * Receive training on guidelines according to the product’s credit policies. * Analyze and organize each executive’s daily schedule and activities. * Develop training and onboarding programs for the entire sales force. * Provide commercial advice and sales forecasting support to the team being led. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a commercial, sales, or field supervisor in the financial sector (Mandatory) * Experience, knowledge, and handling of payroll-deductible loans and/or loans by agreement. * Proven experience leading teams. * Experience managing clients; organized, analytical, with strong interpersonal skills. * Competency in planning, organization, presence, and leadership. * Knowledge of commercial processes, recognition programs, team leadership/development, and coaching. * Intermediate-level MS Office proficiency. **Benefits** * Unlimited commissions * Ongoing training * Career path * Excellent work environment * Development plan to become an expert in financial products. **Apply now and join our Enazul commercial team!** Work location: On-site employment
