Your Responsibilities: * Lead and motivate your team to exceed targets and break sales records. * Design and execute effective commercial strategies to drive results. * Monitor and optimize daily team management, ensuring adherence to the sales script and call quality standards. * Conduct ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to enhance each advisor’s performance. * Analyze key performance indicators and propose improvements to increase productivity. * Manage team schedules, attendance, and performance. * Report results and progress to the Sales Management.
