Wishing you great success throughout this process! ***Purpose*** * Manage the asset diversification strategy for assigned staff through training, coaching, and opportunity identification to ensure achievement of commercial objectives. #### ***Responsibilities*** Responsible for delivering Commercial Support to assigned FDNs by transferring knowledge and providing coaching, with a focus on assets and cross-selling. * Implement commercial strategies defined by the Head of Commercial Acceleration SB with assigned staff to meet objectives, plans, and initiatives contributing to each CBE’s and team’s goals. * Ensure the FDN diversification process by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing quarterly action plans in collaboration with the Commercial Leadership Line and the Head of Corporate Banking Assets Acceleration. * Continuously train and update Corporate Banking staff assigned to the designated Hub on the Value Proposition. * Drive commercial management via the Sales Platform for campaigns targeted at dispersed Corporate Banking staff. * Participate in structuring credit proposals by consulting available bank tools, referencing structures from other bank areas—WSB—and ensuring proper financial analysis and identification of risks and mitigants performed by assigned Corporate Banking staff, through field visits and justification of complex and high-value transactions. * Analyze portfolio, balances, production, profitability and their variations; monitor projections for monthly performance closure; conduct monitoring meetings with dispersed staff to thereby strengthen and ensure commercial management. * Provide feedback and proposals to the Head of Corporate Banking Assets Acceleration regarding opportunities in the assigned zone: product innovation, changes in credit policies, process simplification, among others. * Understand the Bank’s risk culture and how risk appetite must be considered in daily activities and decisions. Requirements: * Preferred Education: University graduate in business-related fields (economics, administration, accounting, industrial engineering). * Minimum Experience: 3–5 years as a Corporate Banking Officer or in a Product Specialist, Leasing, Comex, or Cash position.
