Job Summary: This role ensures the efficient and safe dispatch of refrigerated products by planning, coordinating, and supervising daily dispatch activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and present management reports **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure the efficient, safe, and timely dispatch of refrigerated products from the Distribution Center to Tottus stores. Ensure dispatch processes comply with cold chain standards, preventing thermal breaks that could compromise product quality and customer satisfaction. Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily dispatch activities, ensuring adherence to the established schedule. Monitor compliance with operational procedures, safety regulations, and internal policies. Manage operational incidents (shortages, rework, delays, redistributions), reporting them promptly and proposing improvements. Maintain agile and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders involved in operations. Prepare and present management reports to the immediate supervisor. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Experience in Distribution Centers (Preferred) * 2–3 years of experience in logistics for refrigerated and frozen products. * 3 years of experience in goods dispatch and transportation. * Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems * Skills: Sense of urgency, leadership, proactive attitude, communication at all levels * Advanced Excel / Intermediate Power BI * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
