Job Summary: Supervise SSOMA compliance in logistics operations, ensuring safety standards, conducting inspections, and coordinating with the client for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise compliance with SSOMA regulations and client standards. 2. Conduct safety inspections and follow up on corrective actions. 3. Investigate incidents and propose preventive and corrective actions. **GENERAL FUNCTIONS:** Supervise compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) regulations during the logistics operation of the warehouse assigned by Repsol. **Verify compliance with SSOMA standards, procedures, and requirements established by Repsol and Aquarius Consulting.** Conduct on-site supervision of personnel operational activities, verifying implementation of established safety controls. **Conduct periodic safety inspections and follow up on observations and corrective actions.** Verify proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and control measures defined for each activity. **Supervise proper preparation and implementation of ATS, Continuous IPERC, work permits, and other safety documents required by the client.** Provide inductions, safety talks, and training to personnel assigned to the contract. **Report, investigate, and follow up on incidents, accidents, unsafe acts, and substandard conditions, proposing preventive and corrective actions.** Verify that personnel possess valid documentation for site access and continued presence (EMO, SCTR, accreditations, training, and other requirements mandated by Repsol). **Maintain ongoing coordination with the Logistics Operations Manager and the SIG Management regarding implementation, monitoring, and compliance with Repsol’s Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental requirements, as well as addressing client SSOMA department requests and coordination needs.** Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,600\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
