




Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Administrative Assistant for a fashion brand, responsible for managing sales, finance, inventory, and logistical support for events. Key Highlights: 1. Manages sales, expense, and purchase reports. 2. Operates Bsale and ERP systems for commercial operations. 3. Supports fashion events and performs administrative tasks for the founder. A prominent textile/fashion brand is seeking a "Commercial Administrative Assistant". Requirements * Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar administrative roles (ideally in fashion, retail, or startups). * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, basic formulas). * Advanced English (not mandatory). * Experience with Bsale (preferred). * Basic ERP knowledge. * Knowledge of document workflow, accounting file management, and inventory. * Valid passport and visa (for potential international travel or trade fairs). Main Responsibilities * Prepare and update sales, expense, and purchase reports. * Operate Bsale (sales and invoicing) and ERP (commercial and accounting management) systems. * Validate and organize issued electronic receipts and invoices, submitting them correctly to the accounting department along with their respective reports. * Track the procurement process, from fabric and material acquisition to finished garment sales. * Monitor inventory in Bsale and verify up-to-date system information. * Support document management, physical and digital archiving, and petty cash control. * Provide logistical and organizational support for fashion events, product launches, or trade fairs. * Directly assist the founder with various administrative and time-sensitive tasks.
