We offer you an agile and flexible environment to enhance your development. **What will be your challenge?** Define and develop strategies to improve banking management and cash flow processes, supplier payments, data management, and collaborate with the procurement team to optimize the end-to-end procurement flow across Peru and other countries, thereby enhancing business performance while complying with applicable accounting and tax regulations. **What will you do in your role?** * Define the strategy to optimize the company's payment processing activities, considering speed, security, internal customer service, and accounting and tax parameters. * Ensure that Treasury Operations-related activities — including financial transaction management, petty cash management, cash flow management, and payment releases — are executed in accordance with the defined process, guidelines, and controls. * Provide Corporate Treasury with a minimum 12-week cash forecast, as well as necessary inputs for cash flow projection. * Ensure timely and efficient handling of cash management in the event of new acquisitions or inorganic growth. * Establish and communicate the advance payment policy, as well as corporate credit card accounts for employees. * Administer the reimbursement process for petty cash or employee-initiated fund reimbursements. * Plan and implement appropriate risk control processes aligned with the specific needs of the business and countries. * Manage and report KPIs for procure-to-pay processes. * Responsible for creating and tracking purchase orders based on purchase requisitions approved by the Procurement Department and/or requesting users. * Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies using technology and process enhancement methodologies to ensure the team maximizes efforts in sourcing materials and services and fulfilling corresponding payment obligations. * Actively manage team development to ensure objectives are correctly set and team members receive the required support and feedback to improve their performance. * Ensure effective operation of internal controls. **What do we need from you?** * Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Additional studies preferred. * More than 3 years in managerial or assistant managerial positions. * More than 5 years of experience supervising teams. * Experience in shared service centers and treasury functions. * Proficiency in the invoice registration and accounts payable cycle. * Process improvement expertise. * ERP system proficiency. * Experience working in a multinational environment (especially with Latin American countries). * Advanced Office skills. * Advanced English proficiency
