We are currently positioned on high-demand marketplaces such as Mercadolibre, Falabella, Promart, Sodimac, among others. We are now looking for a **Content Creator** who wants to grow alongside us. **Job Mission** *Enhance the brand’s digital presence through attractive content (images, videos, reels), maintaining consistent communication and contributing to increased reach, engagement, and sales.* **Main Responsibilities** * Create creative content for social media and web * Record and edit platform-optimized videos/reels * Propose innovative ideas to increase reach and interaction * Organize audiovisual files and analyze metrics * Participate in content calendar planning * Support publication management and scheduling (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and web) * Develop templates aligned with brand identity * Support community interaction * Collaborate and communicate with the design team (posts, stories, banners, flyers) **What We Are Looking For** * University or technical student in final semesters, or graduate in Communications, Marketing, or related fields * **Strong on-camera presence**, with confident, natural, and communicative attitude (mandatory) * Knowledge of video editing, photography, and basic image retouching (mandatory) * Experience in content creation and social media management (preferred) * Creativity, proactivity, and adaptability to digital trends * Availability for on-site work in **Los Olivos** * Basic knowledge of tools or construction (preferred) **What We Offer** * Trial period: **1 month (paid)** * Salary: **S/ 1,500** * Bi-weekly payments * Benefits according to small enterprise labor regime * Positive and creative work environment * Opportunity for growth in an expanding e-commerce business **Working Hours (Full Time)** * Monday–Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (1-hour lunch break) * Saturday: 7:00 am – 1:00 pm * Sunday: Day off **Application:** Apply to this posting or send your CV to: *maricarmen.hibrida@gmail.com* **Optional:** You may attach a link to your audiovisual portfolio Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.1,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you understand this is an on-site position in Los Olivos? * Do you reside near the district of Los Olivos? * Are you currently a student in your final semesters? * Do you consider yourself dynamic and comfortable speaking on camera? * Do you have prior experience creating content on camera? * The main function of this role involves appearing on camera for audiovisual content creation — do you agree? * Do you accept the 1-month (paid) trial period?
