Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Manager to increase sales and brand turnover in the modern trade channel while developing new customers in the traditional trade channel through commercial execution. Ability to conduct fieldwork and operational follow-up A growing Peruvian company dedicated to producing healthy carbonated beverages for the domestic market is seeking to fill the position of **SALES MANAGER**. **OBJECTIVE**: Significantly increase sales and brand turnover in the modern trade channel and develop new customers in the traditional trade channel, ensuring proper commercial execution at the point of sale and sustainable brand growth. **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Marketing, Business, or related fields. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sales, preferably in beverages or food. * Experience managing the modern trade channel and desirable experience in the traditional trade channel. * Existing contacts and negotiation experience with supermarkets, distributors, and retail outlets. * Proficiency in commercial KPIs and sales analysis. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Maintain direct relationships with existing customers and generate new business opportunities. * Conduct regular visits to customers and points of sale, proposing promotions and campaigns where and when needed. * Identify opportunities for commercial growth and expansion. * Coordinate commercial and promotional activities to boost sales. * Prepare commercial reports and sales analyses. * Achieve sustainable growth in both modern and traditional trade channels. * Develop new customers and expand commercial coverage. * Ability to conduct fieldwork and operational follow-up. **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive remuneration aligned with the candidate’s experience. * Compensation structure comprising a fixed income plus an attractive commission and incentive scheme based on goal achievement. * Opportunity for professional growth within an expanding company.
