Job Summary: We are seeking a Growth Specialist to expand and monetize the business by acquiring, evaluating, and negotiating new properties for sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Drive the expansion and profitability of the property management business. 2. Identify and acquire new properties to expand the profitable inventory. 3. Negotiate agreements and coordinate the onboarding of new properties. A leading property management company is looking for top talent for the GROWTH SPECIALIST position at our Barranco offices. **Responsibilities:** ● Drive business expansion and profitability through acquisition, evaluation, and negotiation of new properties, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure sustainable growth aligned with company strategy. ● Identify and acquire new properties by prospecting owners, brokers, and developers to expand the profitable inventory. ● Negotiate agreements with owners and investors, drafting commercial proposals and contracts together with the country manager to establish sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships. ● Coordinate the onboarding of new properties in collaboration with Operations and Design teams to ensure agile launches and brand-aligned experiences. ● Manage area-related information using CRM, dashboards, and monthly reports to ensure pipeline visibility and support strategic decision-making. **Requirements:** ● Graduates in Business Administration, International Business, Real Estate Management, or related fields. ● 2 years of experience in commercial roles, business development, or account acquisition. ● CRM proficiency (preferred).
