Responsibilities * Develop and strengthen a strategic network of contacts (brokers, lawyers, law firms, notaries, among others). * Identify and capture business opportunities through active prospecting and searching for assets outside traditional channels. * Design new strategies and channels for generating commercial opportunities. * Conduct visits and meetings with key contacts to expand the network and identify new opportunities. * Continuously follow up on prospects and identified opportunities. * Evaluate commercial information and collect relevant data for internal opportunity analysis. * Maintain a continuous flow of opportunities for review and evaluation. * Participate in the development and execution of results-oriented commercial strategies. Candidate Profile * Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial areas, client acquisition, investments, asset acquisition, or related fields. * Highly proactive, persistent, and results-oriented profile. * Ability to build trust-based relationships and develop networking. * Capability to identify opportunities and maintain consistent follow-up. * Practical, solution-oriented, and goal-focused mindset. * Interest in growing within a dynamic commercial environment. * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
