**REAL ESTATE SPECIALIZED IN BROKERAGE** is looking for a **SALES SUPERVISOR** who meets the following profile: **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Lead and develop the office's sales team by accompanying agents in the field with a mentoring and coaching approach, ensuring goal achievement and professional growth for each team member. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 3 years of experience leading sales teams in the field. * Experience managing sales forces in sectors such as: retail, insurance, mass consumer goods, etc. * Solid track record achieving sales targets and managing large teams. * Ability to guide, teach, and motivate, demonstrating willingness, empathy, and an inclusive leadership style that inspires diverse types of people. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Work Mode: Primarily field-based work with agents, with periodic office meetings. * Contract Type: Remype payroll * Office Location: Magdalena del Mar (1 block from Av. Salaverry) * Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays until 1:00 p.m. * Reports directly to the Broker/Owner. * Fixed salary \+ monthly variable equivalent to 3% of the office's gross sales (average sales: US$ 30,000 → approximate variable of US$ 900, amount subject to change based on results). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead and accompany agents in the field during client acquisition, negotiation, and sales closing processes. * Closely monitor each agent's goal achievement, driving productivity and ensuring accountability. * Motivate, integrate, and guide a diverse team (approx. 35 agents), fostering an environment of respect, collaboration, and belonging. * Train and develop agents through hands-on practice, strengthening their sales skills. * Implement sales strategies to achieve the office's sales objectives. * Identify performance gaps among agents and implement improvement actions to ensure results. * Coordinate with marketing and support teams to enhance client acquisition and sales processes. * Prepare progress, results, and strategy reports, reporting directly to the Broker.
