Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receiving and streamlining profile requests (assignment and removal of profiles). * Logging support tickets for required changes. * Coordinating with the project team to manage requirements. * Coordinating with Information Security and Defensive Security teams to formalize approved access (updating matrices). * Escalating incidents or blockers to support teams. * Preparing a monthly report detailing tasks performed each month. * Managing onboarding, offboarding, and modification requests for Servers (Windows and Linux) and Databases (Oracle and SQL). * Managing server and database access via BeyondTrust (PAM platform). * Ensuring access levels are appropriate for each user, based on their role and responsibilities. * Implementing and maintaining controls to prevent unauthorized access. * Renewing expired access tickets for servers and databases. * Proposing and implementing automation of access management-related processes using IAM (Identity and Access Management) tools. * Optimizing access management processes to ensure faster response times and reduce manual errors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Professional with a degree in Systems Engineering, Networking, Computer Science, or related fields. Bachelor’s degree or higher. * Minimum 3 years of experience performing functions as a Cyber Security Specialist. * Knowledge of alert administration and management. * Familiarity with IAM tools. * Knowledge of PowerShell. * Knowledge of SIEM tools. * PAM platform certification preferred. Certifications: * Cybersecurity certifications. * Intermediate-Advanced Excel certification. * ITIL V4. **Additional Information** * Monday to Friday, 9 am to 7 pm, with optional after-hours work previously scheduled (no more than 4 times per month).
