Job Summary: Accounting Analyst with solid academic training and practical experience in accounting, financial standards, taxation, and ERP system management to ensure accounting accuracy and transparency. Responsible for the accounting close, reconciliations, and financial statements **Accounting Analyst** Academic Qualification: Degree holder or Bachelor's graduate in Accounting. Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar positions. **Required Technical Knowledge:** · Solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for proper recognition and measurement of transactions. · Proficiency in major taxes (e.g., Income Tax and IGV), management of electronic accounting books (PLE/SIRE), and withholding, collection, and deduction regimes. · Fluent handling of accounting accounts and their dynamics. · Basic or intermediate knowledge of social benefits calculation (bonuses, CTS, vacations) and contributions (AFP/ONP). · Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, StarSoft, Concar, or similar). **Main Responsibilities** · Account Analysis: Periodically review and reconcile balance sheet accounts (assets, liabilities, and equity) to ensure balances are accurate and properly supported. · Monthly Accounting Close: Execute the closing process, ensuring all revenues and expenses for the period are appropriately accrued. · Bank Reconciliations: Ensure cash and bank records match official financial statements. · Tax Settlement: Prepare information for monthly and annual tax filings. · Voucher Control: Validate that invoices and documents comply with authenticity and tax substantiation requirements (banking, shipping guides, etc.). · Financial Statement Preparation: Support preparation of the Balance Sheet and Income Statement. · Audit Support: Prepare required documentation for external audits and regulatory oversight processes. · Fixed Asset Control: Oversee depreciation, additions, and disposals of company assets. · Attention to Detail: To identify inconsistencies or errors within large volumes of data. · Professional Ethics: Integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information. · Analytical Thinking: Ability to explain the "why" behind numerical variances, not merely report them.
