




Job Summary: Coordinate auditor travel logistics, control requirements, and record supplier payments to ensure satisfaction and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Logistical coordination of auditor travel for customer service. 2. Control of auditor requirements (SCTR, PPEs, medical examinations). 3. In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fishing—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Coordinate logistical arrangements for auditor travel to ensure client-requested services are delivered successfully. * Verify that external auditors maintain up-to-date SCTR coverage. * Ensure auditors possess the necessary PPEs to conduct audits. * Ensure auditors complete the required medical examinations to conduct audits. * Record supplier payments to maintain satisfaction and sustained collaboration from the external auditor team during activity execution. * Submit supplier payment requests to Finance for proper settlement. * Maintain and manage an auditor database with associated remuneration details to register both internal and external professionals qualified as auditors. * Cover for the Operations team during vacations, performing quotation, audit scheduling, report and certificate issuance, billing, and tendering activities. * Other duties assigned as inherent to the position. **Requirements** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of management systems is desirable. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Experience in logistical processes (desirable). **Additional Information** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Statutory Life Insurance. * Corporate agreements. * Applicable SGS benefits.
