Requirements What Are We Looking for in Our IT Infrastructure Analyst? If your profile aligns with the following, you’re one step closer to joining this experience: Technical studies in Systems, Networks and Communications, Electronics, or related fields. Minimum one year of experience as an assistant or in similar roles. Knowledge of ITIL and project management. Knowledge of server architecture, MySQL, IP telephony, wired and wireless networks, VMware/Hyper-V virtualization platforms, and Windows Server/Linux operating systems.
