




Position Summary: Provide comprehensive accounting support, ensuring accurate recording, analysis, and control of accounting operations while complying with tax regulations and company guidelines. Analysis and classification of costs and expenses **Position Objective** Provide comprehensive accounting support, ensuring accurate recording, analysis, and control of clients’ accounting operations, in compliance with current tax regulations and the company’s accounting guidelines. **Main Responsibilities** * Record accounting transactions in accordance with the **General Business Accounting Plan (GBAP)**. * Correctly apply the **chart of accounts dynamics**, ensuring consistency and traceability. * Manage and implement the **detraction regime**, controlling deposits and supporting documentation. * Handle **IGV withholdings and collections**, verifying their correct application and recording. * Apply the **IGV pro-rata rule**, based on the client’s type of operations. * Analyze and classify **costs and expenses**, ensuring their proper accounting and tax allocation. * Reconcile accounting accounts and support monthly closings. * Prepare accounting information for tax filings. * Maintain order and control over accounting and supporting documentation. * Provide support to accountants and analysts at the consultancy. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting**. * Minimum of **1 to 2 years** of experience in accounting functions. * Solid knowledge of the **General Business Accounting Plan (GBAP)** and its dynamics. * Proficiency in: **detraction regime**, **IGV withholdings and collections**, **IGV pro-rata rule**. Knowledge of **cost and expense classification and analysis**. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Prior experience with accounting systems is desirable.
