Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting student or graduate with experience to support data entry, tax settlement, preparation of financial statements and reports, and maintenance of records, aiming for continuous improvement of procedures. Focus on continuous improvement and professional learning. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** 1) Enter information into the accounting system (Concar). 2) Carry out tax settlements for assigned companies, in coordination with the supervisor. 3) Perform assigned account analyses. 4) Prepare financial statements, in coordination with the supervisor. 5) Prepare management reports requested by the supervisor. 6) Print accounting books and records, adapting them as necessary according to instructions received from the supervisor. 7) Prepare electronic books and SIRE for submission. 8) Organize and maintain client documentation in archived form. 9) Identify atypical issues arising during work and propose alternative solutions to the supervisor. 10) Support interns in learning their tasks. 11) Continuously seek to improve internal work procedures to achieve a high level of efficiency. 12) Show interest in learning topics related to the profession. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** 1) Student or graduate in Accounting from a university. 2) Minimum one year of experience. 3) Basic knowledge of Excel. 4) Ability to prepare financial statements and tax settlements. 5) Ability to integrate effectively into teams. 6) Willingness to accept and execute instructions. 7) Initiative and ability to propose solutions to potential problems. 8) Interest in staying updated on topics related to the profession. 9) Being organized.
