We seek individuals who treat customers as if they were their own, who inspire and mobilize others, and who lead change with excellence in their results. **Job Mission:** Responsible for optimizing monitoring and data analysis processes on the platform related to the CX Sub-Management. **Job Functions:** * Automation of Quality Management and CX Processes: o Identify automation opportunities in processes related to the CX Sub-Management (ACEC, DominIA, Aula, among others). o Design and implement automation solutions using RPA and other tools. o Maintain and optimize automated processes. * Data Analysis: o Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources. o Conduct exploratory and statistical data analysis. o Create customized reports and data visualizations to communicate findings. * Strategic Recommendations: o Design, update, and develop mockups to visualize analysis results. o Create prototypes of new functionalities for the various models of the Sub-Management. * CX Technical Support: o Provide technical support and assistance to internal users in using tools and applications. o Resolve incidents and issues related to the assigned platform. * Continuous Improvement: o Propose improvements to existing processes and new platform functionalities for the Sub-Management (new or existing). o Stay updated on the latest trends. **Requirements:** Professional in Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, or Technical fields. Proficiency in database management and reporting tools. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
