Job Summary: IMS Analyst with a focus on environmental management, responsible for implementing the IMS and ensuring regulatory compliance at Corporación FAMOD S.A. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate environmental controls and train personnel At **Corporación FAMOD S.A.**, we are seeking an IMS Analyst with a focus on environmental management, who will be responsible for ensuring proper IMS implementation and compliance with environmental regulations across our operations. **Requirements:** \- Graduate professional in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (licensed and registered) \- Experience with Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 37001\) \- Field experience in environmental management (preferably in the industrial or paving sector) \- Knowledge of identifying environmental aspects and impacts \- Experience in environmental monitoring, waste management, and environmental compliance control \- Analytical skills and ability to prepare technical reports **Responsibilities:** \- Maintain and ensure compliance of the Integrated Management System according to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 37001 standards. \- Identify, assess, and control environmental aspects and impacts in operations. \- Supervise compliance with current environmental regulations in the field (LAP) and others. \- Manage and monitor Environmental Management Instruments (EMIs), including environmental management and monitoring plans. \- Prepare reports and dashboards of environmental indicators (KPIs) to track performance across sites. \- Knowledge of managing environmental information on official platforms (OEFA, PRODUCE, etc.) \- Lead and participate in internal and external IMS audits. \- Develop, update, and control IMS documentation (procedures, forms, records). \- Coordinate with operational departments to implement environmental controls and ensure regulatory compliance. \- Train and raise awareness among staff on environmental management and the Integrated Management System.
