




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT professional to co-create strategies, provide support and maintenance, and propose technological improvements—making an impact on lives in Trade Marketing. Join Marco’s team and together co-create strategies and solutions that shape people’s lives in the Trade Marketing industry. **What will be your responsibilities?** Support the maintenance of the company’s IT department policies and procedures. Track activities assigned to various technology vendors. Deliver training in the areas of Technology and Information Security. Support other organizational departments in defining required technical concepts, as well as suggesting software and hardware solutions. Perform hardware and software configurations on endpoint peripherals. Escalate incidents/requests when necessary. Propose improvements to technological definitions and documentation applicable across the entire organization. Provide local IT support (maintenance, repair, component replacement) for Marco’s equipment. **What profile are we looking for?** University and/or technical education: Information Systems, Infrastructure Support, Networks, or related fields. Knowledge: Technical support, vendor management, hardware, software, networks, infrastructure, and/or systems. Desirable: ITIL, Information Security, ISO 27001, and/or IT service management frameworks.
