




Human Resources Analyst – Accounting / Payroll An Accounting Firm is seeking a Human Resources Analyst – Accounting / Payroll to join its team. Requirements * Graduate of a technical or university-level Accounting program (mandatory). * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Human Resources Assistant, Payroll Assistant, or Payroll Clerk. * Experience using accounting systems. * Solid knowledge of labor legislation. Responsibilities * Monthly payroll calculation. * Calculation of CTS, bonuses, vacations, severance payments, and fifth-category income tax. * Preparation and filing of electronic payroll returns (PDT Planilla Electrónica), AFP Net, PLAME, T-Registro, Vida Ley, SCTR, among others. * Provision of payroll and social benefits. * Monthly calculation of prorated benefits for the accounting department. * Delivery of pay slips and other documents to staff. Conditions * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Work modality: Remote work.
