We are INGELSEG, and we are seeking the best talent to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Graduate in Psychology or related field. \- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar positions. \- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. \- Must reside in areas near LOS OLIVOS. **JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsible for conducting personnel selection processes for high-turnover positions and key company roles. * In charge of keeping personnel files updated from the moment employees join the company. * In charge of providing general documentation support to staff. * Inclusion and follow-up of SCTR for all new personnel. * Responsible for issuing calls, evaluating, and preparing reports on results for company personnel aspiring to fill positions or advance along career paths. * Organize and conduct induction sessions for new staff, as well as training on the Integrated Management System, both internally and externally. * Support information collection for SIG audit processes. * Coordinate and implement the company’s organizational development plans. * Responsible for drafting and signing the first employment contract for staff. * Responsible for controlling documentation specific to this role in their respective files and opening files per process carried out. * Responsible for exit surveys. * Responsible for preparing psychological reports upon request by management or senior leadership. * Support activities inherent to the department and the company. * Responsible for uniform distribution, including corresponding lists and signatures, attaching the required documentation according to the assigned location. * Participate in the planning and execution of Human Resources projects. * Responsible for addressing staff requests regarding various departmental matters and referring them to the appropriate area (loans, medical leave, child support claims, etc.). * Support activities organized by the department.
