Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * **Technological Infrastructure Management:** Configure, install, and maintain servers, networks, operating systems, and infrastructure components—including virtualized environments—according to organizational needs. * **Virtualization:** Implement, administer, and maintain virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper\-V), ensuring optimal performance and scalability of virtual resources. * **Monitoring and Troubleshooting:** Proactively monitor physical and virtual infrastructure, detecting and resolving issues before they impact performance. Investigate and resolve infrastructure-related incidents. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Perform updates, patches, and security configurations on servers, operating systems, and virtual environments to ensure stability and protection against threats. * **Network Management:** Configure and administer network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring connectivity and security for both physical and virtual networks. * **Data Backup and Recovery:** Implement and maintain backup strategies to ensure data integrity and availability in physical and virtual environments in case of failures or disasters. * **Cross-Departmental Collaboration:** Work closely with development, security, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure with other technological solutions. * **Technology Evaluation:** Research and evaluate emerging virtualization technologies and tools that may improve infrastructure efficiency and performance. * **Infrastructure Security:** Implement and maintain specific security measures to protect both physical and virtual infrastructure against cyber threats and vulnerabilities. * **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of infrastructure configurations, maintenance procedures, and implemented solutions for both physical and virtual environments. * **Training and Support:** Provide technical training and support to end users and internal staff regarding technological infrastructure and virtualization environments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Proven experience in similar roles, with a focus on infrastructure and virtualization management. * Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, networking, and operating systems. * Hands\-on technical skills and the ability to proactively troubleshoot problems. * Availability to work flexible hours and outside standard working hours. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. **Additional Information** **Location:** Lima, Peru **Work Mode:** Hybrid (onsite when required) **Schedule:** Flexibility to work outside office hours (occasionally) Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
