Position Summary: Ensure compliance with management systems and control production processes to guarantee products that satisfy customers and optimize resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and collaborate with other vice presidencies and departments of the company. **Date:** Apr 27, 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Ensure compliance with Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental, and Quality Management Systems. Additionally, manage and control plant production processes to guarantee the manufacture of finished products meeting customer expectations, optimizing resource utilization, developing personnel, and maintaining high productivity and efficiency standards. **What will you do in this role?** * Know, apply, and promote compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, Quality, and Environmental standards, aligned with the company’s management systems and applicable legal regulations. * Ensure compliance with Quality standards according to the company’s management system. * Supervise plant production processes and efficiently manage resources. * Monitor adherence to production schedules. * Ensure reliability and timely availability of performance-related information on processes and related activities. * Coordinate maintenance activities and identify process anomalies. * Ensure and participate in compliance with the Operational Excellence Model standards. * Lead and promote the development of Process Optimization Teams. * Develop, lead, and train personnel under supervision. Also, participate in Labor Climate initiatives coordinated with the Labor Relations department. * Coordinate and collaborate with other vice presidencies and departments of the company, such as VP Finance, VP Mass Consumption, Audit Department, among others. **What do we need from you?** * 2 years of experience in roles such as Production Engineer or Production Supervisor in mass consumption, personal care, or related industrial plants. * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Food Industries Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Additional studies or knowledge—desirable—in Quality, Safety, and/or Environmental Management Systems, Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies or tools. * Intermediate English proficiency (desirable). * Intermediate MS Office proficiency. * SAP or other ERP system knowledge (desirable).
