We are currently seeking talent for the position of **Judicial Management and Recovery Assistant**; learn more about this employment opportunity below: **What is the main challenge?** * Support and assist in pre-judicial collection actions for Lima and provinces, aiming to reduce the portfolio index subject to judicial proceedings while ensuring debt recovery and simultaneously generating income and savings. **What will be your key responsibilities?** * Support pre-judicial and judicial management performed by analysts and specialists in the area. * Track petty cash funds and invoices from legal firms. * Monitor instructions, operations, and disbursements assigned to officers regarding their respective portfolios. * Assist in the credit write-off procedures of the Bank and consolidate related information. * Negotiate with clients. * Monitor assignments entrusted to legal firms. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor's degree in Law. * Minimum one year of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Civil Procedural Law (Single Enforcement Proceedings) * Civil Procedural Code (Single Enforcement Proceedings) and Civil Code (Obligations) * Financial System Law as it pertains to banks, General Administrative Procedure Law, and Consumer Protection Regulations. * Database Administration * Procedural Law * Banking Legislation * Negotiation Techniques **What do we offer?** * Excellent career development opportunities. * Formal employment registration from the first day of work, including all statutory benefits. * Corporate benefits.
