At IP InfoOut, a specialist in Human Resources Services, we seek top talent to join our team as a Payroll Analyst and contribute to our mission of delivering high-value solutions to our clients. **What We Are Looking For?** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Management, or related fields. * Preferred: Specialization or courses in Digital Product Management, CRM, Customer Success, or Digital Transformation. **Experience:** * Experience with B2B systems and loyalty programs. **Main Challenges of the Position:** * Manage loyalty systems. * Address and resolve functional inquiries from affiliates. * Configure the system within permitted capabilities: * Affiliate and store onboarding / offboarding / modifications. * Operational adjustments to points. * Benefit parameterization. * Validate incidents reported by users and resolve them directly if they are functional in nature. * Escalate to technical staff if they involve code. * Train new affiliates or stores, as required. * Coordinate future functional improvements. * Ensure the daily proper operation of the program. **What We Offer** * A positive work environment and wellness-oriented culture. * Ongoing training and career path opportunities.
