Validate that requests comply with IT guidelines and processes. Key Responsibilities: * Generate periodic reports on demand status and portfolio. * Build and maintain dashboards for stakeholders. * Support prioritization and preparation of demand committees. * Ensure adherence to methodology, standards, and procedures. * Identify opportunities for improvement in management processes and workflows. * Propose practical improvements to optimize timelines and operational efficiency. * Utilize AI tools to optimize operational and documentation tasks. * Support automation of reporting and information consolidation. **Requirements** Requirements: * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of project management (scope, time, cost, risks). * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. * Experience or knowledge in demand/portfolio management (basic level). * Interest in or experience with process improvement. * Knowledge of or experience using AI tools for automation. Competencies and Other Requirements: * Intermediate Power BI skills. * Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills. * Workflow automation (Power Automate, Zapier or similar tools). * AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, and others)
