Job stability and opportunities for professional development. **Management Control and Continuous Improvement Analysts** **Location: Callao** **Sector: Fishing Industry** A leading company in the fishing industry is seeking a Junior Management Control and Continuous Improvement Analyst, whose primary responsibility will be to support the processing, analysis, and control of production cost-related information, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and the organization's continuous improvement. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Advanced-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of PCP (Production Planning and Control). **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum of 2 years of professional experience. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in costing and budgeting. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in production or administrative support roles related to production management. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Collect, process, and analyze data for production costing of the Canned Goods and Candles business units. * Verify and value inventory levels in raw materials and finished goods warehouses. * Classify and analyze direct, indirect, fixed, and variable costs, as well as costs associated with cost centers. * Perform costing for assigned business units according to established structures. * Analyze costs and related KPIs monthly, identifying variances and generating alerts for follow-up. * Evaluate the production costing system and propose opportunities for improvement. * Coordinate with Production, Warehousing, Procurement, Maintenance, and Management departments to ensure proper information management. * Propose optimization initiatives and continuous improvement actions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment under the General Regime, including all statutory benefits. * 100% meal coverage. * Participation in strategic projects with direct impact on organizational growth. * Job stability and opportunities for professional development. **WORK SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Application Questions: * Please indicate your expected monthly salary. * Are you available to work onsite in Callao? * Please provide your current contact number. * Please indicate your age. * Do you have experience working in industrial and/or fishing industry companies? * What is your level of Excel proficiency? * Do you have knowledge of PCP (Production Planning and Control)? * How many years of verifiable professional experience do you have? * How many years of verifiable experience do you have in costing and budgeting? * How many years of verifiable experience do you have in production or administrative support roles related to production management?
