At **Watchmen Perú**, we are looking for a **Monitoring and Service Support Operator** to join our operations team. We seek a responsible, organized, and customer-oriented individual who will contribute to ensuring continuous monitoring of electronic security systems and proper incident management, guaranteeing timely support and compliance with company-established protocols. **Responsibilities** * Continuously monitor electronic security systems (alarms, CCTV, GPS, and other devices). * Respond to and manage alarm signals according to established procedures. * Verify security events and conduct appropriate communications with customers, supervisors, and technical staff. * Coordinate dispatch of technical staff for incident response and service delivery. * Provide telephone support to customers, resolving inquiries and recording requests. * Record and update incident, event, and support information in internal systems. * Track technical services until closure. * Prepare incident and shift-related activity reports. * Promptly report any failures or anomalies detected in monitoring systems. **Requirements** * Completed technical studies in Administration, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in alarm monitoring, CCTV, service support, call centers, or similar roles. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and capacity to handle high-pressure situations. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Conditions** * Immediate availability. * Availability to work **12-hour rotating shifts**, scheduled between **7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.** * Work schedule: **10 days off per month according to shift roster.** * Work modality: **On-site.** * **Mobility bonus: S/ 150.00 monthly.** * Employment under the **MYPE Labor Regime.** * Opportunity for professional development and continuous learning.
