ANALYTICAL LABORATORY is an accredited environmental laboratory dedicated to providing environmental monitoring and analysis services for various sectors such as mining, hydrocarbons, industry, fisheries, etc. We are currently seeking an **OPERATIONS COORDINATOR \- CUSCO** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technician or graduate in Chemical Analysis * Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * NTP\-ISO/IEC 17025 standard * Basic Statistics (optional) * Technical or basic English (optional) * Microsoft Office (minimum: Word, Excel, basic PowerPoint or user level) * Driver’s license A2B * Minimum of 03 years conducting sampling or environmental monitoring activities (mandatory) **FUNCTIONS:** * Implement and ensure staff compliance with the QMS policy and other management system guidelines. * Identify deviations, risks, or opportunities for improvement within the management system or procedures for Operations service delivery, and initiate actions—according to assigned authority—to prevent or minimize such deviations. * Maintain, identify, and continuously improve the Quality Management System. * Plan, coordinate, supervise, and evaluate all Operations activities (monitoring and sampling). * Develop and/or supervise Sampling and Monitoring Plans. * Evaluate field reports, including measurement results obtained by field analysts. * Guarantee and/or maintain up-to-date records specific to Operations services. * Ensure proper execution of field services and implementation of quality assurance for field service activities. * Implement technical procedures and instructions specific to the Operations process. * Conduct on-site supervision of monitoring and/or sampling activities. * Assess the technical competence of field analysts. * Coordinate sampling and/or monitoring service activities with clients. * Maintain confidentiality of client information. * Evaluate, control, and ensure compliance with the established response time for issuing test results and/or field measurements. * Other duties as assigned. **SKILLS:** * Effective verbal and written communication * Teamwork * Planning and organizational capacity; problem-solving and proactive attitude **BENEFITS:** * Timely monthly payments * Professional growth **COMPENSATION:** Employment type: Full-time Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Application question(s): * How soon are you available to start working with us? * Provide your full name, ID number, mobile phone number, and age. * Indicate your academic degree and level of education. * Do you hold an ISO 17025 standard certification? * Do you have at least 3 years’ experience in Environmental Monitoring or sample collection? * Do you hold a valid driver’s license?
