Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead payroll calculation and verification, manage social benefits, taxes, and ensure labor compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Real opportunities for professional development. **Responsibilities:** Lead the calculation and verification of biweekly and monthly payroll for all staff (blue-collar and administrative), approximately 350 people. Execute calculations for social benefits: Bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Severance Pay), Vacation Pay, and Profit Sharing. Manage calculations for Fifth Category Income Tax, EPS (Health Insurance), and SENATI contributions. Submit monthly tax declarations (PLAME) and pension fund contributions (AFP Net). Manage registrations, terminations, and modifications in the T-Registry (Beneficiaries). Ensure compliance with current Peruvian labor legislation across all processes. Perform daily attendance registration, validation of time clock records, and resolution of inconsistencies. Manage opening of salary accounts and CTS accounts, insurance enrollments, and AFP affiliations. Manage company insurance programs: SCTR (Inclusion and renewals), Life Insurance (Ley de Vida), EsSalud, and Intern Insurance. Coordinate termination processes: preparation of settlement statements, termination letters, and exit procedures. Maintain up-to-date payroll slips and personnel files. Other duties related to this position. **Requirements:** Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years’ verifiable experience leading payroll processes in industrial companies. Excel: Advanced level (Mandatory). Experience with payroll systems (STARSOFT system preferred). Familiarity with Viva EsSalud, SIVICE, Vida Ley (MTPE Registry), Telecrédito, and BBVA Cast Net platforms. Strong knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation.
