We seek a professional intern eager to take the next step and consolidate their experience through active involvement in field operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the execution of safety and environmental inspections at the plant. * Participate in hazard identification, risk assessment (IPER), and environmental aspects evaluation. * Provide support in developing and updating SSOMA system documentation. * Assist in safety-related training and inductions. * Monitor compliance with internal regulations and proper use of PPE. * Support incident and accident investigation and recordkeeping. * Consolidate SSOMA management information and reports. **Requirements:** * Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of occupational safety and health. * Familiarity with management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001\) is desirable. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Availability to carry out internships at the plant. **We are looking for someone who:** * Takes initiative and wishes to engage directly in field activities. * Is responsible and committed to their professional development. * Pays attention to detail and adopts a preventive mindset. * Works well in teams and communicates effectively. **We offer:** * Market-aligned stipend. * Real field experience and active participation in the area. * Continuous mentoring and practical learning in SSOMA. * Positive work environment.
