In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fishing—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Coordinate with the Project Leader on project development to meet scope, schedule, and associated costs. * Coordinate activities with the operations team to fulfill project-specific requirements. * Analyze results from chemical analyses, metallurgical tests, and mineralogical analyses. * Prepare reports for client delivery. * Promote, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System. * Perform cost calculations for executed projects. * Interact with clients regarding new requests. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry, with 3 years of experience actively participating in laboratory-level metallurgical project management and execution. * In-depth knowledge of mineral processing. * Strong analytical and information evaluation skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and intermediate-level English. * Excellent communication skills at all levels and results-oriented. **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract from day one. * Statutory life insurance. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Corporate partnership agreements.
