As leaders in innovation and technological development, we seek experts who drive sustainable development and deliver solutions to the world’s greatest challenges—such as global warming, overpopulation, and water scarcity.** **Job Description** **Mission:** Monitor, supervise, and control real estate management for assigned projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, high-quality, and socially responsible delivery through coordination with external consultants, authorities, and stakeholders—thereby enabling timely and sustainable project development. **Candidate Requirements** **Acciona Transmisión Perú S.A.**, is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to support real estate management for our electricity transmission projects, ensuring compliance with organizational timelines and quality standards, and possessing strong organizational, monitoring, and coordination capabilities, with interest in developing expertise in infrastructure and land management projects. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee and monitor real estate management activities for the project(s) in which you participate. * Track real estate management activities carried out by the consultant. * Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget objectives. * Supervise progress and compliance of activities performed by external consultants, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget adherence. * Participate in land-related negotiations and meetings with various stakeholders. * Contribute to developing and implementing the project’s social–land management strategy in collaboration with the Sustainability Coordinator. * Participate in strategic follow-up meetings concerning permit management for projects in which you are involved. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly land management progress reports using advanced analytical and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI). * Design and review internal real estate management processes (workflows, templates, matrices). * Generate maps, polygons, thematic layers, and spatial analyses to support management decision-making. * Report on real estate management progress for projects in which you participate. * Identify, analyze, and report risks and incidents related to real estate management, proposing timely mitigation measures and action plans. * Monitor compliance with commitments made to landowners, communities, authorities, and other stakeholders involved in real estate management. * Administer and maintain up-to-date real estate and documentary information for projects, ensuring traceability and information availability. * Coordinate with technical, legal, environmental, and sustainability departments to ensure proper execution of project real estate management. * Develop management indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor real estate management performance and progress. * Support preparation of budgets, schedules, and projections related to project real estate management. * Perform any other duties assigned by your direct supervisor. **Profile** **Academic Qualifications / Degree:** * Law, anthropology, sociology, industrial engineering, geographer engineering, or related disciplines focused on territorial, social, and real estate management. * Specialized studies or diplomas in real estate management, social management, cadastre, GIS, or project management will be valued. **Experience:** * Minimum four years’ experience in real estate management for linear projects is required. * Experience in negotiation processes, physical–legal regularization, easements, and engagement with landowners and stakeholders. * Experience supervising and monitoring external consultants and contractors. * Experience in energy infrastructure projects—particularly transmission lines and electrical substations—will be highly valued. **Languages and Required Proficiency:** * High proficiency in Spanish. * Intermediate–advanced English (minimum B2 level), desirable for preparing and reviewing technical documentation and coordinating with international teams. **Additional Knowledge:** * Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, dashboards). * Proficiency in Power BI for dynamic reporting, executive dashboards, and real estate analysis. * Proficiency in QGIS and/or AutoCAD and/or ArcGIS for map creation and spatial analysis. * Knowledge of real estate regulations, easements, acquisition of surface rights, and permits applicable to infrastructure projects. * Familiarity with plan interpretation, cartography, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). * Strong management skills. * Analytical, negotiation, planning, and conflict-resolution capabilities. * Experience with indicators (KPIs) and project monitoring and control tools. * Specific knowledge of transmission line projects will be valued. **Willingness to Travel – YES** * Willingness to travel frequently to field locations and supervise real estate activities within project influence zones.
