Position Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Analyst to manage, verify, and control personnel requirements and documentation, and to support the development and updating of management systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and verify personnel entry requirements for projects. 2. Support the development and updating of management matrices and systems. 3. Participate in accident investigations and prepare SSOMA reports. At EJE Soluciones Energéticas S.A.C., we are currently seeking an Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Analyst for our office in Lima. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Two years of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and Power BI (preferred). * Knowledge of environmental management, risk prevention, and occupational safety and health management systems. * Availability to work in Lima. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and verify personnel entry requirements for projects. * Monitor SCTR enrollment and validity, occupational medical examinations, training, and personnel documentation. * Support the development and updating of IPERC matrices, environmental aspects and impacts, legal requirements, and other management system documents. * Verify compliance with controls established for high-risk activities. * Participate in investigations of accidents, incidents, and environmental events. * Prepare SSOMA management reports, statistics, and indicators. * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital records of the department. * Support audits, drills, training sessions, and activities of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee. * Coordinate and consolidate information submitted by safety officers and project leads. Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
