We are currently seeking top talent who meet the following profile: ✅ **Qualifications**: * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 4–5 years of experience (including pre-professional and professional internships). * Generalist systems experience. * Theoretical knowledge in the aforementioned specialization. * Solid practical knowledge in the aforementioned specialization. * Proficiency in databases/networks/LAN/cabling/internet. * Logistics management skills. ✅ **Responsibilities**: * Analyze, develop, implement, and maintain the company’s systems. * Assign equipment and user profiles. * Google platform. * Preventive hardware/software maintenance. * Procedures for installing and maintaining office software, antivirus, etc. * User profile management (user creation, email accounts, routing rules, workgroups, signature configurations, and others). * Website creation, updates, etc. * Multi-platform hosting administration. * Develop new reports and maintain existing applications. * Monitor network and internet functionality. * Implement and enforce equipment maintenance schedules according to operational requirements. * Manage system security and user data privacy, including backups (back up). * Review and implement installation of attachments. * Review telephone switchboard functionality. * Control and review ISO procedures within the area. * Other duties similar to this position. * Prepare electronic invoices and shipping guides. * Process orders and prepare delivery schedules. * Any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or Management. ✅ **Competencies**: * Service Orientation * Customer Focus * Proactivity * Organizational Skills ✅ **Benefits**: * Formal payroll from day one. * Market-competitive salary. * Professional development. * Performance and productivity bonuses. * Positive work environment. * Work location: Surquillo.
