Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic IT Analyst to design, develop, and maintain system integrations, automate processes, and support BI dashboard development. Key Highlights: 1. The Box, a leading retail company specializing in sportswear distribution, is seeking proactive, dynamic, responsible, and committed young professionals to fill the position of IT ANALYST. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience. * Proficiency in process automation, system integrations via API, and systems analysis, preferably in logistics / 3PL environments. * Desired experience with Oracle WMS Cloud (or similar WMS) and intermediate-level BI reporting (Power BI). * Availability to work on-site Monday through Saturday in Palmas de Lurin. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain integrations between systems (Oracle WMS Cloud, ERP, OMS, e-commerce, e-invoicing, customer portals) using REST APIs, webhooks, and web services. * Identify manual tasks and workflows and develop automations for operational and administrative processes. * Execute SQL queries for data validation, consolidation, and quality assurance. * Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and management KPIs. * Gather technical requirements and document current (AS-IS) and optimized (TO-BE) business processes, configurations, and integrations. * Coordinate and supervise integration and API development with technology vendors, technically validating deliverables. * Manage test environments, functional validation, and deployment of integrations. * Monitor automated processes, integrations, and reports; resolve incidents in coordination with end users and vendors. * Configure, maintain, and provide support for Oracle WMS Cloud input/output interfaces and their integrations with other business systems. Salary: S/.3,000.00 - S/.3,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
