




Job Summary: Ensure the closing of competency gaps through the diagnosis, design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs and career path planning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Instructional design of learning products and knowledge management. 2. Preparation of indicator reports and assurance of results. 3. Development and administration of knowledge management systems. Objective: Ensure the closing of competency gaps (knowledge, skills, and attitudes) required by employees to successfully perform their job roles, through the diagnosis, design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs, as well as management of the production-oriented career path plan and the organizational knowledge management system. Responsibilities: * Advise Organizational Development and Training areas on instructional design of learning products to ensure quality and achievement of expected outcomes defined by the Head of OD and Learning. * Collaborate with superintendents, managers, and supervisors to establish annual training plan priorities aligned with business priorities for the year. * Execute ad hoc requirements requested from Open Pit and Underground operations per customer requests, to effectively meet agreed commitments. * Prepare indicator reports and presentations for management to ensure progress tracking and timely achievement of results. * Diagnose knowledge, skill, and attitude gaps per competency to ensure training programs address real business needs. * Develop instructional designs included in the training plan to ensure these products meet performance requirements. * Implement learning products from the training plan as scheduled, coordinating with leaders to guarantee expected development and participation. * Deliver training to staff based on specific departmental needs to effectively address requirements outlined in the training plan. * Manage the production-focused career path plan to prepare employees for new challenges and ensure operational sustainability. * Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of training actions using performance and learning indicators to ensure competency gap closure and continuous process improvement. * Develop and administer the organizational knowledge management system by capturing, structuring, and disseminating critical business know\-how to ensure business sustainability and continuity. * Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and application of control measures established in PETS, PETAR, Continuous/ATS IPERC, Internal Regulation on Occupational Safety and Health, and other applicable documents at the start of each work shift, to prevent incidents and maintain a safe working environment from the beginning of activities. Requirements: * Completed university degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Postgraduate diploma or specialization in HR, instructional design, learning program management, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Intermediate-level Canva proficiency. * Intermediate-level Power BI proficiency. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Training Analyst or in related roles. In this experience, the candidate must have been responsible for training programs—from diagnosis through evaluation and impact measurement on performance.
