Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to lead accounting records, account analysis, bank reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements, reporting to the immediate supervisor. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of: **ACCOUNTING ANALYST** Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * Experience in import, trading, or retail companies. * Preferably residing near Cercado de Lima. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in Accounting Assistant roles. * Knowledge of IFRS and IAS. * Experience in month-end closings and preparation of monthly financial statements. * Tax knowledge. * Knowledge of electronic ledgers. * Knowledge of import procedures. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CONCAR SQL (Intermediate to Advanced level). * Advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of: Taxation, IGV, Withholding Taxes, Annual Closing, Tax Audits. Responsibilities: * Recording of accounting journal entries, * Supervision of entries recorded by Accounting Assistants. * Analysis of various assigned accounts. * Bank reconciliations, * SUNAT taxes, monthly and annual PDTs, * Preparation of financial statements and notes. * Validation and submission of electronic ledgers (Purchases, Sales, and Journal), * Knowledge of withholdings, deductions, and collections. * Analysis and recording of imports and non-residents. * Responding to requests from external auditors. * Reporting to the immediate supervisor on achievement of budgetary, financial, and accounting objectives, performing management control and internal control evaluation. * Designing or redesigning necessary procedures to achieve company objectives. * Performing other financial and budget-related activities as requested by the supervisor.
