A company dedicated to selling English textbooks is seeking an Accounting Assistant for Surco. **Requirements:** \- Graduates in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, or Technical Accounting programs — **mandatory**. \- Advanced proficiency in the **CONCAR system; mandatory requirement**. \- Minimum 01 year of experience working as an Accounting Assistant, Junior Accountant, or similar role. \- Experience filing declarations with SIRE \- SUNAT. \- Intermediate Excel skills. \- Availability to work in Surco. **Responsibilities:** \- Perform accounting entries in the **CONCAR** system. \- Record journal entries for advances, prepayments, payroll, depreciation, etc., in the **CONCAR** system. \- Accruals and recording of Income Tax in the **CONCAR** system. \- Review documents according to regulations governing payment vouchers. \- Validate electronic payment vouchers. \- Record vouchers (purchases, sales, collections, payments, expense reimbursements, and others) in the system. \- Conduct account analyses and bank reconciliations in the CONCAR system. \- Support the review of purchase and sales records in the accounting system for monthly tax filings (pdt\-621\). \- Prepare accounting information upon request from the Administrative Department or Management. \- Generate customer- or supplier-specific reports in the **CONCAR** system. \- Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. \- Comply with the Internal Work Regulations.
